Always delete a file permanently

When you select an unwanted file and pressing deletekey and enter will delete a file.
But it will be there in the Recycle Bin and again you have to clear from there.There is
a simple trick to avoid this:
Take Run from start menu.
*Type gpedit.msc it will open a group policy menu.
*Take User Configuration - >Administrative Templates
  >Windows Components>Windows Explorer
In the right side settings menu doubleclick--Donot move deleted file to Recycle bin.
>click OK.
Now ypu can delete any files with out using the recycle bin.
