Microsoft has reveales their new redesigned windows8 logo for their new metro-themed
windows 8.The light-blue,plain logo is similar to the logo for Windows 1.0 classic logo.
"We wanted the new windows8 logo to be both modern and classic," said Microsoft’s Sam Moreau on the official Windows blog. "The Windows logo is a strong and widely recognized mark but when we stepped back and analyzed it, we realized an evolution of our logo would better reflect our Metro style design principles and we also felt there was an opportunity to reconnect with some of the powerful characteristics of previous incarnations"-he says.
Although Windows 8 will provide faster boot-up more times than the preceding iterations,obviously one of the standout feature is undoubtedly the Metro style user interface. windows8 logo appears to be great,simple and it is accurate representative of the Metro style interface seen throughout Windows 8 – using basic colors.To realize more read Sam Moreau's blog.
